Dried Ginger Powder

Ginger powder is the grounded form of dried ginger roots. It is essentially used as a seasoning agent. However, the powdered form doesn't carry the strong pungent flavor from the roots. Hence, it is used for giving a mild taste to the dishes.

Production process of dried ginger:

1. Put the fresh ginger in the water to wash clean.

2. Pick up the washed and qualified fresh ginger and classify into different sizes.

3. Place the fresh ginger in the shade to dry for a period of time.

 

4. Put the half-dry ginger in the drying room until the skin of ginger is totally dry.

5. Clip the unnecessary ginger sprouts of dried ginger and then pack according to the order requirements.
